in the topic A listing tool that is working for me! in the forum Real Estate Marketing Tips
Hello My name is manuel.I have been an agent for close to 8 years now. I have used a lot of different tools to get my listings sold over the years. One of my favorite ways to sell was to take my office hot sheet to other offices to show them what we have. It is an older technique but it has really good succes in getting the listing shown to prospective clients. I came across a tool that does the same thing but on the internet. No more driving around from office to office. I have been using this kind of service for about a year now. There are several companies that I have used. They are;alwayskeepintouchmlsflyersmlsemailserviceemailflyeradseach one of these companies I have used at one point or another. I am currently using mlsemailservice because they provide me access to 3X the amount of agents as the other sites do for the same amount of money. Quick note I use this tool along with local mls and home magazines I try to stretch my ad campaign dollars as far as I can. Of the other three mlsflyers is the most expensive but they were the first on the scene then its a tie between alwayskeepintouch and emailflyerads they did the same thing as mlsflyer but they did it cheaper. mlsemailservice does the same thing as the others but they are way cheaper for what they provide. the cost is the same as the others but they give you 3X the coverage. Check them all out for your self and see which best works for you. I get great response from this kind of marketing and I hope it does the same for you.Happy listing By Real Estate Forum

I ordered one through a friend that receives a discount, you can accept orders on some sites, but Emort. and a few others wont even load. I think Old Rep.,Proteck, Farvv, Ocwen, and SLS, are the sites I was able to log in to the accept page. If you want to complete work on it, make sure to try it out first as you can accept work but can't fill the forms for several mills.

OMG, Edge...that is terrible. I have a Litton asset, one of three in town, that was to close yesterday and it was winterized two weeks ago. It's amazing that the vendor up there has cousins down here in the same biz for IMS! There is h2o coming out the outside hydrant, water coming out the laundry hook-ups, the hot h20 tank is full while the supply and return piping is disconnected and yet IMS was backing their vendor that the wintz was done properly using their undated photos and blaming the city for a bum h2o meter. The closing was delayed due to Litton freezing the asset to verify the FC paperwork is validated. All I can do now is verify the heat is on while we wait for the mess to be cleaned up before the closing is rescheduled and hope the buyer and their don't go over to final walk before it is dewintz. I gotta go and check the other assets...like I got extra time to police their work. Some peeps do NOT deserve to be in this biz.

in the topic Occupants Backed Out Of CFK Agreement in the forum Foreclosures & REO's
Originally the occupants wanted $10K but the bank held firm at $5K. At this point it's not about money. The occupants really want to keep the home.

If you're with a broker that has more than one office you could perhaps make one of the other addresses a branch office.
